Roses in Turquoise

Original textured painting on canvas.
A bold, painterly arrangement of oversized roses against saturated turquoise. Dusky pinks, plum, mauve and touches of gold are built through expressive layers of paint and texture, giving this large-scale floral an intentionally loose, romantic character.
